Favorite Ingredients Friday (Crunchy Berry Parfait)
Good Friday to you all! It's time for another Favorite Ingredients Friday recipe exchange! I can't wait to see what you all come up with!

The recipe I'm posting is another one that I found on the Kraftfoods website! With only 3 ingredients, it's quick and simple to make! And if you arrange it like the picture below, it has a beautiful presentation! Oh, and it's healthy too. :)

Ingredients:
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup wheat and barley cereal nuggets (I like Grape Nuts)
Directions:
LAYER half each of the strawberries, yogurt and cereal in medium glass.
REPEAT layers.
SERVE immediately.

That looks so refreshing! My recipe revolves around summer coming to a close and that's what yours reminds me of too.
Hello!
I just love parfaits; this one looks so yummy.
For a much less heathier version, I mix up crushed graham crackers, brown sugar and melted butter just like you would for the pie crust.
Then I layer it with vanilla ice cream and caramel. YUM!!
