Favorite Ingredients Friday (Lasagna Roll-Ups)
Good Friday to you all! It's time for another Favorite Ingredients Friday recipe exchange! Before we get started, I want to thank all of you who have participated in my Holiday Cooking, Blogger Style 2nd Edition recipe exchange. What a great success it's been!

The recipe I'm about to share is one that my sister-in-law, Madeline, gave me as part of a wedding shower recipe exchange that was done for me four years ago. It's quite delicious! Sorry, I have no picture to share with you for this one.
8 lasagna noodles, cooked
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pound ground beef, browned
1 jar Prego (or other spaghetti sauce of your choice)
1 pkg. Italian blend shredded cheese
Spread 1 oz. cream cheese on each lasagna noodle. Combine Prego and hamburger. Put some on each noodle. Roll and place in baking pan. Top with remaining meat and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes!Now, I look forward to seeing your Favorite Ingredients Friday recipe!
