Favorite Ingredients Friday (Dessert Edition)
Happy Friday! It's time for my Favorite Ingredients Friday Dessert Edition!
I think you know by now that I have a sweet tooth and I love to bake. I hope you can share some of your favorite dessert recipes with me so that I can try new things! To see the recipes from last year's Dessert Edition, click here .
The recipe I'm about to share is one that was given to me during my bridal shower, 6 years ago! I have to tell you, I love this recipe because it's quick, easy, and delicious. I hope you like it!

Easy Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
4 cups sliced peaches
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
pinch of salt
3/4 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup milk
Directions:
Prepare peaches by mixing with 1 cup sugar.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put butter into 2 1/2" - 3" baking dish and set in oven to melt.
Mix together rest of ingredients and pour over melted butter. Do not mix!
Put peaches on top and bake for 1 hour.
Serve hot with ice cream.
*Note: This is also great with blackberries.

This looks similar to my mom's recipe. There aren't many desserts better than homemade peach cobbler!
sounds great and the best thing is that it is easy to make
Peach Cobbler is my all time favorite - YUMMY.
I love peach cobblers and cobblers in general too. Yum!
This is my first time participating. A dessert edition was just perfect for my blog!
But am I understanding that the favorite ingredient is usually up to us rather than up to you?
We're having a cookout tonight and I needed a great summer dessert - I printed this out! We're having easy peach cobbler tonight. :-)
