Favorite Ingredients Friday (Pumpkin Pie with flaky butter crust)
Good Friday to you all! It's time for another Favorite Ingredients Friday recipe exchange! I can't wait to see what you all come up with!

Several years ago, I attended a cooking class at a William's Senoma store. Now, we didn't actually get to cook but they brought in the head chef of a Hilton hotel to demonstrate and share some of her favorite recipes and tips!
I'm sharing this chef's pumpkin pie recipe, as well as the flaky butter pie recipe with tips on how to make the perfect pie crust! I'm uploading the scanned recipes so they'll be easy for you to print out and use at home.
Now, I look forward to seeing your Favorite Ingredients Friday recipe!

It's been a while since I participated, bur here I am with a delicious starter. Or you could make it for lunch, or as a light meal.

Oo I really like the theme ideas coming up. You should go with ingredient themes too ... PEANUT BUTTER! Mmmm I don't have enough of my own recipes tested yet to participate, but I love reading!
