Five Ingredient Friday (Fruit Dip)
It's time again for my Five Ingredients Friday recipe exchange! Thank you all who participate on a regular basis. And thanks also to the newcomers I've seen lately! I appreciate those of you who spread the word!
My Five Ingredients Friday recipe this week is one that my SIL, Madeline, taught me. It's so easy and absolutely delicious! I've made up a fruit platter with this dip and taken it to parties before and it always gets rave reviews! Enjoy!
Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
8 Oz container Strawberry Cream Cheese -- softened
7 Oz jar Marshmallow Cream
2 Tb Amaretto or almond extract (optional)
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in mixing bowl & beat on medium speed until well blended.
Serve immediately with a variety of fruit or chill until ready to use!
I look forward to seeing your Five Ingredients Friday recipe! Don't forget to link your blog on this post so I can see what's cooking at your house!

Oh boy, I'm first! Your recipe sounds SO great - and I love the picture of all the fruit. Perfect for this time of year!
I make this recipe all the time, it's soo good I want to eat it with a spoon! I also posted a recipe for fruit dip :)
This is perfect! I'm having a little dinner party for a couple I've never met (work friends of my husband's) so I'm a tad nervous. I needed something to put out before dinner and this is exactly perfect. Thank you!
I've had the cream cheese/marshmallow cream dip before and it is delicious!! Never tried it before w/the amaretto or almond extract, that sounds like it's making it even better than it already is :) Will have to add this next time!
What a dummy, leaving my tour link in here the first time. I tried to delete it and can't so if you can delete the first one for me, I'd really appreciate it. I surely don't want anyone trying to cook my house!
Barb, I couldn't delete your first link either. No big deal. People will just look at your house first, then look at your recipe. :) Thanks for posting a 2nd link.
I love fresh fruit. And we have an upcoming birthday party. This is perfect. Thanks
I did see your comment on my blog and got your email. Sorry I have not been able to respond. Really busy right now.
I could eat the marshmallow cream all by itself but this sounds wonderful! I'm going to have to try it...Thanks for the recipe.
Sounds great. Sorry, I didn't get the chance to find a recipe this week. I'll try for next Friday I promise!
This looks really good. I will have to try it before summer is over.
I usually don't like fruit dips because of the sour cream people often use but this one looks great!
