Join me this Friday for FIF Freezer edition!
This Friday's Favorite Ingredients Friday theme will be a Freezer edition. Please share recipes of bulk meals that freeze and reheat easily. I know people who prepare such recipes once a month to stock up their freezer. I'd like to try this but I need more tried and true recipes!
I'd appreciate it if you'd help spread the word.

Check out "The Best Make-Ahead Recipe" from Cooks Illustrated. I bought it and can't believe all the great recipes...especially the casseroles that can be frozen and taken to new moms (but also all other kinds of recipes). They've tested all the recipes to work after being frozen, and to taste/texture as well as they would have if not frozen. Now my husband is finally convinced to buy that deep freeze for the garage so I can make meals once a month!
Do you have any particular recipes that you're looking for? I love freezer cooking. :)
