Back from Mexico, pictures to follow.
Well, we're back from our long weekend trip to Mexico with Oronzo's parents. We had a wonderful time! Unfortunately, the 2nd day we were there, Oronzo's dad got in a car accident! Luckily no one was hurt, just their truck. Thankfully, they had Mexican insurance so the cost won't be as much as it could be. It was a bit of a hassle for them and they were upset, but the accident didn't entirely ruin our weekend. It just made things interesting. I'm sure we'll all laugh about it later. Oronzo has warned his father that he'll be harassing him for some time about having to go get him out of the Mexican police station.
I have taken lots of pictures but I haven't pulled them off my camera yet. I'll post them soon, so stop back!
Hope you all you mothers had a wonderful Mother's Day! I certainly did! I had my little Snuggle Bug with me and couldn't have been happier!

Seems like you all had great fun, despite the car accident. And belated Happy Mother's Day.
"There's a Mother's Day, right?" my 4-year old asked me while he and I were at the grocery buying flowers for my wife.
"Yes there is," I said.
"And there's Father's Day?"
Uh-huh.
"Is there a son's day?" my 4-year old asked.
I smiled.
"Everyday is son's day," I said, proud of myself for coming out with a witty answer.
Silence. More silence.
Then my 4-year old looked at me. "So where's my flower?"

I'm right there with you with the car wreck. Cars are just things, and can be put back together again. That nobody was hurt - that's what matters.
Glad everyone is ok and the insurance will cover it :)
