Five Ingredient Friday (Grilled Bell Peppers)

It's time again for my Five Ingredients Friday recipe exchange! Thank you all who participate.

My Five Ingredients Friday recipe this week is extremely simple and possibly something you already make yourself. I was surprised to learn that a couple of my friends didn't know about this recipe until I made it for them at dinner one night.
Are you ready? Here it is!

Grilled Bell Peppers

Ingredients:
Red, Yellow, or Green Bell Peppers (I like to use all 3)
Olive Oil
Garlic salt (coarse ground version)

Preparation:
Wash the peppers, then cut them into thick strips, julienned style

Put them in a bowl, drizzle olive oil over them.

Sprinkle a liberal amount of garlic salt over them.

Mix together well & then throw on the grill for about 5 minutes for each side.

That's it. That's all there is to it. These are so delicious!!! If you haven't made them already, give it a try. I think you'll like them!

I look forward to seeing your Five Ingredients Friday recipe! Don't forget to link your blog on this post so I can see what's cooking at your house!

Oh, and if you haven't already, stop by and take a look at the pictures of my adorable little Snuggle Bug!

Such a simple thing but wonderful. I never think of things like this so thank you. We love peppers and with all the fresh produce arriving in our supermarket now, I'm always looking for a way to add fresh vegetables to our dinner.

Yeah so I printed the beautiful peppers, cut them out, sliced them into strips, mixed them in a bowl with oil, sprinkled the garlic salt, and then threw it on a grill! They went POOF! All gone!

Some light humor - I'm tired. It's a good way to add veggies to the meals, I'll try it for the next bbq.

For those of you planning to try my recipe, I just realized that I neglected to note the hot dogs should be sliced. :o) I'm sure you could have all figured that out for yourselves, but thought I'd confess my boo-boo.

I am 2 days old in the bloggy world so I need a little help so I can participate next Friday. Where it says http://www...do I add http://justthetwo-of-us.blogspot.com? :)
and by the way "hello". I would love for you and or anyone else to visit me. I can't tell you how I cried when I read your adoption story, it was so "real and from the heart" and I never would have made it if I would have had to wait days or weeks on end. Congratulations, and Thanks for your help.
